API development and system connectors

We build APIs and connectors that let your systems exchange data automatically: between your own software, your partners and third-party services. Every connector is monitored and handles errors reliably.

What's included

What our API development & connectors service covers

  • 01

    API design

Clear, versioned API contracts with documentation your partners and developers can work from.

  • 02

    Custom connectors

Connections to third-party services such as payment providers, logistics, marketplaces and government registers.

  • 03

    Legacy adapters

Bridges to systems without APIs: file drops, SFTP, EDI, email parsing or direct database access.

  • 04

    Authentication & security

OAuth, API keys, rate limiting and audit logging built in, not added later.

  • 05

    Error handling

Retries, dead-letter queues and alerts, so a failed sync is noticed and fixed, not silently lost.

  • 06

    Monitoring

Dashboards showing message volumes, failures and response times for every connector.

When to bring us in

Signs it's time

  • 01Staff copy data between systems by hand
  • 02Partners ask for an API and you don't have one
  • 03An integration breaks and nobody notices for days
  • 04A service you rely on changed its API
  • 05You need to connect a system that has no API

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you connect systems that don't have an API?

Yes. We regularly integrate through file exchanges, SFTP, EDI, email parsing or direct database connections, and wrap them in a clean API for everything else.

What happens if a connected service is down?

Messages are queued and retried automatically. If something keeps failing, you and we get an alert with the details.

Do you document the APIs you build?

Yes. Every API comes with OpenAPI documentation and examples, so other developers can use it without asking us.

Who maintains the connectors after launch?

You can take them over with our documentation, or we maintain and monitor them as part of our managed services.
