Frequently asked questions

Can you migrate from Google Workspace?

Yes. We move email, calendars, contacts and Drive files to Microsoft 365 and set up forwarding so nothing gets lost during the switch.

Which Microsoft 365 plan do we need?

Most small businesses need Business Standard or Business Premium. We recommend a plan based on your security and device-management needs, not the most expensive option.

Will email stop working during migration?

No. Mail keeps flowing throughout; the final switch of DNS records happens at a quiet time, typically outside working hours.

Do you support Microsoft 365 after setup?

Yes, through our managed services: user changes, licence management, security monitoring and help-desk support.
