Cloud migration to Azure and AWS
We move your servers, databases and applications from on-premise or ageing hosting to Microsoft Azure or AWS. We plan it properly, test it and control costs, so that cutover day is uneventful.
What's included
What our cloud migration service covers
- 01
Readiness assessment
An inventory of servers, applications, dependencies and licences, with a clear recommendation on what to move, rebuild or retire.
- 02
Migration plan
Order of moves, rollback points, downtime windows and a realistic timeline, agreed with you in writing.
- 03
Landing zone
Secure cloud foundations: networking, identity, backups, monitoring and cost alerts set up before the first workload moves.
- 04
Workload migration
Lift-and-shift where it makes sense, re-platforming where it saves money, with data synced until cutover.
- 05
Cost optimisation
Right-sized resources, reserved capacity and tagging so your monthly bill is predictable and explained.
- 06
Documentation & handover
Architecture diagrams, runbooks and access handed over to your team, or we manage it for you.
When to bring us in
Signs it's time
- 01Your server hardware or hosting contract is ending
- 02Downtime or slow performance is hurting your team
- 03You can't scale up for busy periods without buying more hardware
- 04Backups and disaster recovery depend on one person
- 05You're already in the cloud, but the bill keeps growing
Process
How it works

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How long does a cloud migration take?
It depends on the number of systems and how they depend on each other. A small environment can move in a few weeks; larger ones are migrated in waves over several months. You get a timeline after the assessment.
Will there be downtime?
We plan cutovers for quiet hours and keep data in sync until the switch, so downtime is usually minutes rather than hours. Anything longer is agreed with you in advance.
Azure or AWS: which should we choose?
If you already use Microsoft 365 and Windows servers, Azure is often the simpler fit. AWS can be better for some workloads and pricing models. We compare both for your case.
Is our data stored in the EU?
Yes, we deploy to EU regions by default, which helps with GDPR requirements.
